A singular virtual session with me will include a brief 45 minute phone or zoom call where we will get to meet and get to know a little bit more about each other. Most importantly this is the time to talk about YOU and your goals. During this we will cover things such as previous training experience, possible or current physical limitations, your personal motivators and gather all kinds of exciting information about YOU, after all that's the reason we're both here! A session will also include a 1-week personalized workout program specifically tailored to your goals discussed and set during our first call together along with nutritional recommendations and guidance to help you make long lasting and steady change!
